Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 July 2026
The short version. We collect your email, your Minecraft username, and the build descriptions you send Bob — because we need them to run the service. We never see your card details. We don't sell your data or run advertising. Email solomomaviv@gmail.com to get a copy of your data or have it deleted.
1. Who is responsible
Bob is operated by Aviv Solomon, a sole trader based in Israel, who is the data controller for the information described here. Contact: solomomaviv@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
- Account details — your email address, a password (stored encrypted by our authentication provider, never visible to us), and the username you choose.
- Licence and game link — your licence key, and the game account identifier and name it is bound to, so a key can't be shared between people.
- Purchases and credits — how many credits you have and what you have bought. Payment details are handled by Paddle, not by us.
- Build requests — the text descriptions you send Bob, and any reference image you choose to send, so the AI can generate a structure.
- Technical data — standard server logs such as IP address and timestamps, kept for security and debugging.
3. Why we're allowed to use it
- To provide the service you asked for and fulfil our contract with you (account, builds, credits).
- Our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and preventing abuse or key sharing.
- Legal obligations, such as keeping tax and transaction records.
4. Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers, and only share what each needs to do its job:
- Google Firebase — accounts, login and database storage.
- Anthropic — receives your build description to generate the structure. Do not put personal information into build prompts.
- Paddle.com — our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and processes your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy. We receive only confirmation of what was bought.
- Render and Cloudflare — hosting for our server and website.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
5. International transfers
Our providers operate globally, so your data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. We rely on our providers' standard contractual protections for these transfers.
6. How long we keep it
- Account data — for as long as your account exists.
- Build descriptions — kept so features like "decorate this build" can refer back to earlier builds.
- Transaction records — kept as long as tax law requires, typically 7 years.
- Server logs — a short rolling period for security and debugging.
Delete your account and we will remove your personal data, except records we are legally required to keep.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, receive a copy, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Email solomomaviv@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Children
Bob is not intended for children under 13, and you must be 13 or older to create an account. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has created an account, email us and we will delete the account and its data promptly.
9. Cookies and similar technology
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our site stores only what is needed to keep you logged in, using local storage in your browser. Paddle's checkout may set its own cookies necessary to process a payment and prevent fraud.
10. Security
Connections use HTTPS, passwords are stored encrypted by our authentication provider, and card details never reach our servers. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affects your data we will tell you.
11. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
