1. What Bob is

Bob is an AI assistant that builds structures inside games you already own and run. Bob has two separate parts, and the difference matters:

• The mod is free. The Bob mod (a Fabric mod for Minecraft: Java Edition) is provided free of charge. We do not sell the mod, and you never have to pay to download, install or use it.
• The AI service is paid. What you can buy is access to our hosted AI build service — server-side computing that generates new structures from your description. Each AI build consumes computing resources that cost us money, which is what your credits pay for.

Building from our existing library of pre-made structures does not use the AI service and is free and unlimited.

2. Not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft

Bob is an independent project. It is not an official Minecraft product, and is not approved by, associated with, or endorsed by Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or any other game publisher. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Studios. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any game you use Bob with.

3. Your account

• You need an account to buy or use AI credits. Keep your password and licence key private — anything done with your key counts as done by you.
• One licence key is bound to one game account the first time it is used.
• You must give accurate information when signing up.
• You are responsible for any activity on your account.

4. Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may only make a purchase with the permission of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has made a purchase without your permission, email us and we will help.

5. Payments and credits

• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle handles all payments, tax and payment-related enquiries. Paddle's terms also apply to your purchase.
• We never see or store your full card details.
• Credits are prepaid. One credit is consumed per AI build. Credits do not expire, and are not a currency — they have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged.
• Monthly memberships add that month's credits to your balance on each renewal — unused credits roll over and are not wiped. Memberships renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time.
• Prices are shown on the site before purchase and may change for future purchases. Changes never affect credits you have already bought.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Bob to:

• build or generate content that is illegal, hateful, sexual, or harassing;
• attack, overload, reverse-engineer or work around limits in our service;
• share, resell or automate access to your account or licence key;
• break the rules or terms of any game or server you use Bob on.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. If we close your account for a serious breach, unused credits may be forfeited.

7. Availability

Bob is provided "as is". We work to keep it running, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular build will match what you imagined. AI output is generated automatically and can be wrong or unexpected.

8. Your builds

Structures Bob creates in your world are yours to use as you like. You grant us permission to process the descriptions you send in order to generate builds and to improve the service.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected to Bob is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost time, lost worlds or lost game progress. Always keep backups of any world you care about.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a significant change we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Bob after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv shall have jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer rights you have in your own country.
